- Guided a team of 4 - 8 engineers, and have 3+ years of software engineering management experience
- Provide strong technical vision for your team and ensure consistent delivery of objectives
- Experience formulating a team's technical strategy and roadmap and partnering optimally with several other teams to execute shared goals
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability building enterprise software products, especially those that use complex distributed system architectures
- Contribute to building products, and have optimally taken significant enhancements and features from inception to production
- Understand how to balance tactical needs with strategic growth and quality-based initiatives that can span multiple quarters
- Expertise communication skills and comfortable in technical conversations
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Write code with modern frontend technologies, such as TypeScript, VueJS/ReactJS
- Experience measuring frontend application performance
- Possess proven knowledge of Java and microservices
- Able to navigate the nuances of sophisticated distributed systems
- Experience with Spring Framework
- Experience with browser developer tools (Chromium)
