Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working with partner teams (internal and/or external) and across team boundaries to get things done.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with technicalproficiencyand strategic thinking.
• Prior experience working on cloud platforms and/or HA/Storage is a significant plus.

• Craft a vision and strategy for your area of ownership. Use data and necessary insights to rally the organization around that vision, specificallyfor critical capabilities likeInfra Management Fabric, Storage Fabric,Performance, Scale, Efficiency, Business Insights.
• Take ownership of e2e business scenarios;opportunitydefinition, solutions and define technical & customer adoption strategies. Strive to generate clarity and drive alignment across the team and leadership.
• Define targets for key business KPIs, and track and report progress on them.
• Define and implement QoS and SLA metrics for platforms and services that you will own.
• Stellar cross group collaboration, able to drive decisive action in partnership with others in a large & diverse organization and deliver results that depend on other divisions and partners.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and influencing skills.Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business groups. Take a structural approach in solving complex problems. Communicate to senior decision makers in a clear & compelling way.
