Global Programs Lead Responsibilities
  • Lead communications strategy by building and managing content for internal and external engagements (e.g., meetings, panels, partner planning and events).
  • Prepare detailed briefings and research for partner meetings, key leadership discussions, and media engagements.
  • Draft and review short- and long-form communications such as workplace posts, emails, talking points, Q&As, and posts for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and effective preparation for strategic engagements.
  • Partner with leads to track progress on high-priority initiatives and provide updates to key stakeholders.
  • Develop tools and systems as needed to support content delivery.
  • Plan and execute leadership offsites, including developing agendas and presentation materials.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, communications, strategy, operations or relatable experience.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing both short and long-form communications for leadership.
  • Experience working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams, including executive and C-suite levels.
  • Organizational skills, and experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in creating professional presentations and briefing materials in PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Experience managing logistics and content for large-scale offsites or leadership meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or MBA.
  • Experience in the retail sector, including a solid understanding of retail operations or partnerships.
  • Background in developing communications within a large organization.
  • Experience supporting leadership at a large tech company or similar dynamic organization.

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
