Job Description

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Key Account Managers for emerging channels (may or may not include Consumer Activation Lead)

  • Recommends the right GTM and KPIs to accelerate realization of growth opportunities.

Project Management

  • Lead project teams in developing and implementing channel programs

Data and Analytics

  • Makes meaning of internal and external information and data in relation to business channels in support of strategic approaches.

  • Monitor the actual feasibility of potential business channels/ looking into commercial, operational and financial viability

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines e.g. Business Administration, Marketing

  • More than 5 years experience in related industries; experience in the consumer industry is a plus

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development and Consumer Activation

  • Excellent in interpersonal communication skills and with proven ability to influence stakeholders

  • Capability in the effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus

  • Business analytics and data driven

  • Understands the value of consumer activation

  • Strong leader and a team player
