I. Channel Expansion. Consumer Activation- Understand varying patient journey and align consumer activation strategies to unlock opportunities in the different emerging channels
- Focus on driving disease awareness and building the brand/s via omnichannel promotions
- Identify most effective and efficient medium combinations per channele.g.online (social media) and offline (merchandising, in-clinic/branch advertising)
- Design and execute consumer activation campaigns to accelerate vaccination uptake
- Provide business insights in defining and measuring KPIs on consumer promotions using social media and other platforms
- approaches. Monitorthe actual feasibility of potential business channel/s looking into commercial, operational and financial viability
- Keep track of platforms vs metrics
- Provide forecast business volume, value and business insights
Project Management- Lead project teams in developing and implementing channel programs
- Works with cross functional teams in planning, execution and evaluation of initiatives, including pilot projects
Team Management- Lead and manage the Key Account Managers for emerging channels (may or may not include Consumer Activation Lead)
- Recommends the right GTM and KPIs to accelerate realization of growth opportunities.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching, guidance.

Job Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines e.g. Business Administration, Marketing
- More than 5 years experience in related industries; experience in the consumer industry is a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development and Consumer Activation
- Excellent in interpersonal communication skills and with proven ability to influence stakeholders
- Capability in the effective digital consumer promotions driving activation in various channels is a plus
- Business analytics and data driven
- Understands the value of consumer activation
- Strong leader and a team player
