In this role, you’ll proactively manage the developing transportation segment for maximum sales by responding to opportunities, face to face client visits, prospecting, regular contact with the accounts in the territory and obtaining referrals from satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of long-term, sustainable relationships with key territory accounts.
  • Maturing adoption of additive solutions by expanding your value to other customer business units through consultative sales and providing a full solution across our ecosystem of technologies.
  • Creation and presentation of annual strategic territory plans, including key accounts, activity plans and growth targets.
  • Timely follow-up with inbound leads and opportunities, proactive working with customer base and prospecting via outbound phone calls and face-to-face client visits.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through the fulfillment of orders resulting in repeat business.
  • Ability to work from a home-based office. Specific work schedule is coordinated with direct supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, engineering or related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales/account management of technology products/services. Strong sales process and business acumen.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the automotive, transportation or racing industries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD software.
  • Knowledge of additive or subtractive fabrication technologies, particularly as used in rapid prototyping, manufacturing and production.
