Key job responsibilities
• Set strategy, own planning and execution of annual operating plan for the assigned vertical/charter
• Set up and scale operating mechanisms for different industry verticals, channels (direct/affiliates), go to market, deal approvals, post deal governance on business objectives , operational excellence and risk management.
• Independently negotiate highest impact strategic partnerships at CXO levels and drive closure with cross functional teams across finance, legal, marketing, product.
• Scale businesses at various life cycle stages. Equally comfortable with incubation , iteration and replication at scale.
• Be the” voice of partners and customers” alike and influence long term product, technology, marketing, research roadmaps to deliver best customer experience and scale.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews updating on progress, risks, mitigation and forward guidance.
• As a senior leader in the organization, contribute wherever business need arises for India Prime.
• Evangelize business in various internal and external forums.
- 7+ years of post-MBA experience in business development, strategic partnerships from top BFSI/CPG/Digital commerce/OTT organizations with revenue responsibilities.
- Sound business judgment, commercial and financial acumen, track record of successful deal negotiations, leading joint business plans with high business complexity.
- Ability to build both executive and working-level relationships with senior management. Experience in international settings is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively around constraints to deliver results in a cross functional setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA from Tier1 institutes.
- 7+ years of post-MBA experience in business development, strategic partnerships from top BFSI/CPG/Digital commerce/OTT organizations with revenue responsibilities
