Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in accounting practice or public multinational companies in process improvements.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
Experience in SQL and spread sheet.
Understanding of accounting principles, including US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and related international accounting standards.
Ability to lead and drive complex operational initiatives and work in a cross-functional fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
Excellent negotiation, people management, and communications skills.
