Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in accounting practice or public multinational companies in process improvements.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in an audit function with knowledge of local financial, tax and compliance requirements in India.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP.
Experience in SQL and spreadsheet management.
Understanding of accounting principles including the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and related international accounting standards.
Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, high degree of attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
Ability to lead operational initiatives and work in a cross-functional fluid environment.
