As a Systems Analyst you will be a part of the Sales & Service Excellence team. You will be responsible to analyze and optimize various business processes, define new features in related sales and service related systems (CRM, ERP, Bots, RPA, AI tools and others), in order to improve operational efficiency and optimize business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong familiarity with existing user processes and way of work, system features, workflows, automations, and interfaces.
- Collect system needs and feature requests from the regions and global stakeholders within HQ.
- Independently identify opportunities for improvement and define new/optimized processes and system flows to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Create detailed MRDs and PRDs (together with IS department).
- Promote the launch of new features, prepare training material and train key stakeholders, follow up on adoption and measure usage and impact.
