The Marketplace team is specifically responsible for:
Building and maintaining the platform for drivers and couriers to work with Gett, encompassing both backend systems and driver-facing applications.
Developing dynamic, ML-driven marketplace solutions for matchmaking, pricing, and broader optimisation.
Managing driver and courier profile portals.
Integrating external supply partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate comprehensive customer insights through market and user research to guide product vision and roadmap creation.
Lead products and features throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed product requirements to execution and successful delivery.
Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to build best-in-class products and ensure their successful market rollout.
Analyze feature performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis, iterating as needed until objectives are met.
Actively contribute to the overall Gett product roadmap.
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years specifically on ride tech, delivery and/or food-tech products.
Proven track record of managing and delivering business cases and requirements for B2C products.
Ability to design compelling customer journeys with a strong understanding of user experience principles.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively and maintain a sharp focus on main goals while ensuring flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail.
Excitement for finding solutions to real customer problems and a collaborative spirit when working with diverse stakeholders such as developers, designers, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset, including a solid understanding of how to define relevant metrics, set success KPIs, monitor performance post-rollout, and troubleshoot faulty funnels.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or startup founder.
Advantage: Experience with building ML-powered, complex logic solutions.
