Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years specifically on ride tech, delivery and/or food-tech products, or in similar high-volume, dynamic marketplace environments.
Proven track record of managing and delivering business cases and requirements for products within a marketplace context: the demand and supply problem, dynamic pricing, matchmaking, efficiency optimisations and automations.
Ability to design compelling user journeys with a strong understanding of user experience principles, specifically within ride-hailing or delivery platforms.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively and maintain a sharp focus on main goals while ensuring flawless execution with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in fast-paced marketplace settings.
Strong data-driven problem-solving mindset, including a solid understanding of how to define relevant metrics, set success KPIs, monitor performance post-rollout, and troubleshoot faulty funnels in a marketplace environment.
Experience in the definition and execution of gradual rollouts, A/B tests, and user segmentation, with an extraction of insights and statistical conclusions.
Excitement for finding solutions to real user (client and supplier) problems and a collaborative spirit when working with diverse stakeholders such as developers, designers, sales, marketing, and operations teams, with an emphasis on marketplace growth and optimization.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups, conveying complex marketplace strategies clearly.

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or startup founder, ideally with exposure to marketplace models.
Advantage: Experience with building ML-powered, complex logic solutions for marketplace optimization.
