Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision – Define and align product strategy with business goals, conducting market research to identify opportunities.
• Execution & Roadmapping – Oversee development from ideation to launch, managing priorities and writing clear product requirements.
• Customer & Market Insights – Gather user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improve experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution.
• Clinical & Technical Problem-Solving – Address challenges at the intersection of clinical science and engineering to align with industry standards.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Track KPIs, analyze performance, and refine product strategy accordingly.
• Communication & Team Mentorship – Clearly articulate plans to stakeholders and mentor junior product managers.

• 5+ years of product management experience , leading products through full lifecycles.
• Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Health tech or clinical experience (preferred), with an understanding of regulations and industry challenges.
• Strong technical proficiency , with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
