Your key responsibilities
We’ll look to you to interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology transformation. Your responsibilities will also include to manage, assess, and implement changes to the related deliverables. You can expect to help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging performance management, reporting, and visualization knowledge to develop and monitor BPS Service Center metrics and performance management at the direction of the government. Provide dedicated support to the government by performing the following activities
- Provide IT support for day-to-day operations, infrastructure, and configuration management of client and server based applications.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to enterprise applications and their integrations with Active Directory, Certificate Authority, and related Microsoft Enterprise components such as Azure and Entra AD.
- Azure experience required to support effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related IT infrastructure, focusing mainly on the Azure tenant.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- Reinforce engineering standards and guide team activity related to monitoring and tuning system performance, service documentation, ongoing system updates and security patching.
- Conduct routine vulnerability analysis and develop controls/mitigations to preserve and enhance information security posture of Active Directory managed systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgraded IT infrastructure.
- Support continuity planning and readiness via regular backup operations and implementation of appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Lead team efforts for capacity, storage planning, and overall performance of team assigned assets

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years relevant experience
- Ability to provide technical leadership in a high-demand, fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Experience with work planning and execution utilizing Agile processes (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bourne Shell as applied in streamlining systems administration tasks.
- Detailed knowledge of Active Directory, group policy creation, Certificate Authority, in support of end user computing.
- 10+ years of Windows, Linux and Network experience. Azure Cloud experience is a plus.
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure.
- Mastery of Active Directory Deployment, Configuration, Object management, Group Policy management, and security hardening practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team oriented, can work with many layers and sizes of groups and or departments, as well as a diverse group of individuals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to clients.
- Ability to work productively with diverse stakeholders such as Business Owners, peers, and colleagues within the enterprise.
- Willingness to “work until the job is done” – and a commitment to the mission.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Proficient in windows-based productivity software including Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, and Visio.
- High level of proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Experience developing visualizations and presentations in support of major initiatives.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Secret Clearance or higher
