What you’ll be doing：

• Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of customer reported issues – Perform PCB-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA

• Define appropriate characterization techniques to root cause complex problems

• Continuously apply sophisticated analysis tools and methodology.

• Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to propose containment and corrective action forproduction/design/supplier.

• Assist in generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions’ effectiveness.

• Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements.

What we need to see：

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in Failure Analysis / Test field.

• Hands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurement

• Proficient in PCB level troubleshooting and debugging; experience with server systems is a plus

• Knowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts

• Exceptional problem solving and Failure Analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Good communication and documentation skills in English
