About the Role
While this is an individual contributor role, it requires strong leadership skills, including influencing and managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end commercial agreements with top mid-market partners and drive growth across priority metrics.
- Build partnerships with key restaurants using strategic prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiate contracts that create value for both Uber Eats and our partners, setting the foundation for strong, lasting collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, legal, and product, to develop Joint Business Plans.
- Consistently exceed monthly sales and growth targets while communicating the value of Uber and our newest products to partners.
- Partner with C-level executives to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and expand product adoption.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform strategic initiatives and business models.
- Manage initiatives that scale growth for our restaurant partners while thinking creatively to address complex challenges.
What You’ll Need- Experience in sales, account management, or negotiation with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous sales experience in retail or marketing industries.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience navigating complex relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
