You will be integral in creatingsystem solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will haveownership for one or more Integrated Systems functions associated with NextGeneration Avionics (NGA). Disciplines to be considered include individualswith experience in Flight Controls, Avionics Hosting Environment, Display ofSituational Information, and Safety Assessment. You will work across multipleIntegrated Product Team disciplines and with functional leaders across thePlatforms COE to realize a highly scalable and highest quality IntegratedModular Avionics solution.

-Project coordination

-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
-20+ years of Software development experience
-10+ years of leading and mentoring others

-Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle
-Individuals who quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
-Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
-Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
-Multi-tasking and the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
-Experience with any of the following Avionics functions: Displays, Autopilots, Flight Management Systems, Data
-Communication Systems, Voice Communications Systems, Cockpit Audio Systems, Maintenance/Health Monitoring Systems.
-Knowledge of the FHA-FDAL-IDAL Analysis process per ARP4754A
-Ability to review system-level design and Requirements (Functional, Operational and User Interface) that have been created to Satisfy Architectural Safety Decisions that have been defined to support a top-level analysis.
-Experience using guidance provided in SAE/ARP 4761 to perform Fault Hazard Assessment, Fault Tree Analysis, and Common Mode Analysis
