In this role, you’ll:
- As a Project Management Support Assistant, you will work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on various projects. This role is perfect for a student who is interested in gaining experience in project coordination within a fast-paced SaaS environment and who excels in organization and communication.
- Project Coordination: Support the project manager with timelines, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing project briefs, tracking project progress, and documenting any changes.
- Communication Support: Help facilitate project-related communication, both internal and external, to ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Data Management: Update project tracking tools and ensure data accuracy across all project documentation.
- Meeting Support: Attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant team members.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Language requirements: German and English fluent.
- Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., timelines, deliverables).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
