In this role, you’ll:

• As an Office Operations Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our team running smoothly.
• Support internal office operations: Assist with scheduling, tracking internal projects, work with related stakeholders and organizing staff meetings.
• Organizational Tasks: Help with record-keeping and file organization and management for the entire organization.
• Event Coordination: Support in organizing team events and meetings, from planning to execution.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Language requirements: German and English fluent.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Prior office experience is a plus, but not required.
