Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Colombia operation with the movements with employees.
- Support with the update of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support with the automation of manual work around in ED&SE Operational process.
- Support the onboarding/offboarding process and the requirements of employees
- Support with invoices processing
- Support with Record Retention process
Qualifications:
- Students of ; Administration; Accounting; Industrial engineering
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package strong skills in Excel, Access, Visio, and Project, Python is desirable.
- Proactive, Organized, Focus.
