Your Impact

We are seeking a Partner Account Executive with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive strategic partnerships, foster business growth, and enhance partner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and partner ecosystems to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AI-focused partners, including technology providers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.

• Strategic Business Development: Identify and onboard new partners that align with the company’s AI strategy, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth.

• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate with partners to develop joint GTM strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs.

• Technical & AI Expertise: Stay updated on AI trends, use cases, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights and recommendations for partners.

• Enablement & Training: Support partners with AI-focused training, product positioning, and sales enablement materials to enhance their capabilities.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track partnership performance, measure impact, and optimize strategies based on key success metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or sales within AI, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, applications, and market trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and develop actionable strategies.

• Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, or AI startups is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Prior experience in AI-driven SaaS or enterprise AI solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI ethics, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
