In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including building and managing development roadmaps for new deposits and investments products or enhancements
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research and results-oriented analysis for major products and services
- Develop and manage deposit pricing for Wells Fargo’s corporate and commercial deposits
- Partner with key stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal, Technology and Operations) to execute the investment projects that deliver product capabilities and enhancements and drive innovation in the product portfolio
- Act as primary Deposits and Investment contact forcritical product development and control projects including working with project managers, subject matter experts, and managers companywide
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Product management experience within a wholesale deposits and investments product portfolio including a good understanding of the technology and solutions landscape
- Transaction banking or cash management product management experience
- Deposit pricing experience
- Demonstrated product transformation and product development experience under an Agile framework
- Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Expert proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and data analysis tool (e.g., Tableau)
- Executive presence and Strategic thinker
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
