Additional or preferred qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
  • , encompassing month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical processes for your business unit.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, offering insights on financial drivers, influencing strategic decisions through data-driven analysis, and fostering accountability.
  • Develop financial models and frameworksto assess the financial impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing and headcount investments.
  • Lead the consolidation of business outcomes, crafting a cohesive expenditure narrative across Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and Operating Expenses (OPEX).
  • Implement process improvementsthrough effective partnerships and a deep understanding of business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirementsby reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and control processes.
  • Embody our
