Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Experience in analyzing and using data to drive business insight and decisions
  • in excel and use of pivot tables and advance modeling techniques
  • Self-motivation; quicklyidentifyingwhat needs to beaccomplishedand getting it done
  • Experience in financial analysis, financialforecastingor budgeting, and /or controllership, in the technology industry.

Responsibilities
  • : Serve as the primary finance partner to the leaders within ourCentraland 1stParty Studiosmarketing organizations.
  • : Take a macro-level view to analyzing results to understand performance against plan/forecast. Monitor trends and key levers, such as headcount andmarketinginvestment against plan/forecast assumptions.Proactivelycommunicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end understanding of portfolios, processes, and planning.
  • Investment Management:Ensuredetailed investment alignment to key priorities across marketing investments and
  • Process Improvement: Own refining thepeople andnon-people management process with the business and apply learnings for better accuracy in forecasting.Share best practice learnings across teams to enable broader group success.
