You will also lead training events, influence executive stakeholders, and shape the future of training across Apple Retail in the UAE, India, and beyond.
- Act as a program manager for regional learning initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation with precision and accountability.- Ensure training and communication solutions are culturally relevant and compliant across markets like the UAE and India. Support communication and change initiatives that develop a learning-focused culture.- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, including C-suite leaders. Represent Internal Engagement in Country strategic discussions, influence decision-making, and balance local needs with global priorities.- Support and validate execution of Internal Engagement programs across regions through regular domestic and international travel (approximately once per quarter).
  • Demonstrated ability leading training or employee experience strategy and execution, ideally across multiple countries in a matrixed, global organisation.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact learning programs in hybrid and digital formats, with exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in leading complex projects across multiple locations, with a meticulous and iterative approach. Strong experience coaching teams and influencing without authority. Able to develop field trainers and operations partners with a hands-on, collaborative style.
  • Successful track record working in diverse cultural settings, with a sensitivity to multicultural dynamics and local norms.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, including navigating complex stakeholder perspectives.
  • Collaborative team player with flexibility, enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness within global companies with headquarters in the U.S. or Europe and within highly matrixed organisational structures.
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to drive decisions, improve outcomes, and demonstrate program ROI.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English; confident presenter across levels and cultures.
  • Experience working in the Middle East and India.
  • Knowledge of local labour and compliance requirements (UAE & India).
  • Professional certifications in L&D (e.g., CIPD, ATD).
  • Background in psychology, change management, or internal communications.
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Fluency in Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Familiarity with Apple hardware and software is a plus.
