- Act as a program manager for regional learning initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and evaluation with precision and accountability.- Ensure training and communication solutions are culturally relevant and compliant across markets like the UAE and India. Support communication and change initiatives that develop a learning-focused culture.- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, including C-suite leaders. Represent Internal Engagement in Country strategic discussions, influence decision-making, and balance local needs with global priorities.- Support and validate execution of Internal Engagement programs across regions through regular domestic and international travel (approximately once per quarter).
