Description
The Automation Program Lead manages a portfolio of projects to transform and optimize business processes. A successful individual is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and meticulous; excels in program management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving issues. Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with functional organizations within Apple. •Developing and driving alignment on a multi-year strategic roadmap of intelligent process automation •Facilitating the identification and prioritization of automation transformation opportunities •Driving the strategy, delivery, and execution of business process solutions, focusing on continuous improvement •Leading communications, upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading project teams to deliver intelligent process automation projects
  • Technical expertise and deep understanding of robotic process automation using tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
  • Results oriented and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
  • 8+ years of experience with robotic process automation
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
