Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Identify key metrics and aggregate data from disparate sources to facilitate large scale disaster recovery exercises
- Discern impact analysis through engineer interviews and application documentation
- Work closely across the matrix with teams like Finance, Business Operations, HR, Engineering, and senior executives
- Lead and participate in specialprojects/initiatives:innovate and implement large-scale quality improvements to processes and/or systems by conducting data analysis and making recommendations, troubleshooting technical issues, and refining processes around customer support
Basic Requirements:
- Can multi-task and execute tasks with only general supervision. Must be detail oriented.
- Experience using MS Word.
- Advanced with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving ability; self-starter
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of concepts like Web Services, SOA, REST APIs
- Demonstrated experience, familiarity and ease with handling data sets and crunching numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms, and effectively influence both peers and senior leadership
Internship Program Information and Requirements:
This is a Summer 2025 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2025 internships are not available.
Must currently be pursuing Bachelor’sdegree in project management, management, orelated field from an accredited college or university.
Mustresidein the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.
