Support the managers in the initial planning stages of project plans and risk assessments related to the Customer Awareness and Audit / Strategic Compliance and Trust Office functions
Coordinate, review, and manage customer facing communication and publication process
Support with mission critical enablement and messaging to customers that may be scheduled or ad hoc
Perform gap analysis and find opportunities for optimization and managing security risks
Contribute to creating product security documentation and guidelines
