Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the Regional ABX strategy using the relevant marketing mix for Target Account List across regions with data-driven insights for relevant segments & verticals.
  • Ensure frictionless flow and handoffs for Marketing generated Leads in the regions, for example, post-execution of Tier 1 events.
  • Drive Lead to Pipeline process operationalization in the region across SDR, Sales, and Channel.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and champion marketing intelligence tools for engaged contacts within the region and develop intentional journeys.
  • Drive quarterly optimization of the regional ABX Plan and share insights on what’s working/not working across regional & global leadership.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing leader to activate cross-functional stakeholders in the field. Drive New Logo Regional Must Win programs across segments and sub-regions.
  • Drive cohesive business interlock between Customer Marketing and Must Win program to turn great New Logo wins into Evidence.
  • Strategize and support execution of high-touch engagement plans for CISOs/CIOs across sub-regions, in partnership with the global C-level program and RMMs.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity marketing, preferably experienced in Account Based Marketing, Field Marketing, or Customer Marketing
  • 2+ years of management experience in building open, inclusive, and high-performing teams
  • Proven track record in planning and executing Account-based, targeted marketing programs to generate demand and pipeline
  • Strong data driven acumen with experience in marketing intelligence, automation tools, lead management systems and tools (e.g. Marketo, 6Sense, SFDC, Tableau)
  • Positive, can-do attitude, great communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders, cross organization boundaries to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in executive level reporting, presenting field insights and recommendations
  • Understanding and experience in SDR, BDR, Channel, Sales Ops a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs simultaneously

The salary range for this position is $116,000 - $165,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
