What you'll do...
As a member of the Sam’s Club Product Operations, you will be a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership in providing overall program health, roadmap, and quarterly planning across the programs. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and leadership on items such as roadmap planning and prioritization, program deliverables, quarterly business reviews and more.
What You’ll Do:
Drive programs across different pillars representing business areas through roadmap planning, execution, risk/dependency mapping, agile ways of working and provide key strategic program support.
Drive delivery and accountability through the Experience Team (Program, Product, Engineering, UX, Business) for committed outcomes.
Manage detailed project plans, timelines, key milestones, and dependencies across the organization.
Align multiple cross-functional working teams around the strategic, business and technical requirements.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure strategic programs deliver expected results.
Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence
What You’ll Bring:
Experience working with Product Teams for delivery of software
End-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions spanning multiple product and engineering teams.
Knowledge of core Project Management and Agile principles including the Scrum methodology.
Expertise in driving large-scale projects and working through multiple functions and teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, ability to delegate and monitor others.
Experience with understanding, ideating, and documenting architectural diagrams.
Advanced knowledge of industry project manager toolset (ex. Jira, Confluence, Zoom, etc.) and Microsoft products.
Knowledge of success metrics relevant to program context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to provide executive level summaries.
Leadership presence and strong spirit of collaboration
Preferred Skills:
Certification/knowledge of large-scale scrum management, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe certification).
Experience successfully implementing a Continuous Improvement program.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certifications in other technical areas (Cloud Computing, Azure, etc).
Background in Retail Technology.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...These jobs might be a good fit
