Responsibilities
This is a senior digital sales role with responsibility and ownership across the Asia region.
Grow CoPilot & Modern Work Cloud across the Asia Region (Australia, New Zealand, Asean, Greater China, India, Japan & Korea) by owning the solution area regionally.
Drive Solution Area excellence by owning consumption, revenue, insights, and partner metrics. Lead on WW targets and innovation.
Coach and enable area-based teams on digital first selling, pipeline generation, acceleration, and conversion to exceed budget goals.
Own sales rhythms with Areas and delivery with HQ driving operational business execution and operational rigor leading to scale and consistency.
Orchestrate partner engagement and performance to drive scale and innovation.
CoPilot & Modern Work Solution v-Team Leader orchestrating across other internal organizations such as partner, go to market and HQ among others.
Provide sales (technical is a plus) expertise and thought leadership to connect solutions with business impact.
