- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide business insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders, translating complex data into clear insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by setting realistic timelines and proactively communicating updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability by working with various data sources and validating reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement additional data needs based on business requirements and feedback, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholder
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.
- Stay updated with Power BI and data analytics best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Education: Master’s degree in analytics or bachelor’s degree in analytics with 3+ years of full-time experience
- Experience: 1-3 years of analytics related experience
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report building).
- Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and effectively prioritizing competing projects to ensure timely and impactful delivery of insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and implement data models for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Solid understanding of business analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
