Job Description
The Distribution Supervisor will provide floor leadership and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production department. They will conduct all supervisory responsibilities concerning the hiring, training, counseling, discipline, performance appraisal, assigning and prioritizing all work for subordinates.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensure all established inventory levels are met.
(Develop and execute project improvement initiatives set by senior leadership.
Provide direction and delegate work assignments.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of distribution and leadership experience.
Your skills include proficiency in Windows based applications and MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
You have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field. Ability to multitask and make critical decisions.
You’re a professional that works well in a team environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
