In this role, you will…
- Analyze Chinese patient data and extract actionable insights and trends, recommending changes needed to product/treatment plans
- Examine post-market surveillance data for China product to ensure product safety and efficacy
- Construct technical hypotheses, prepare datasets, perform statistical analyses, and interpret analysis results to support decision-making processes
- Perform explorative treatment review to identify clinical patterns/features of interest and define a scope of analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Invisalign products and operational procedures
- Build effective working relationships with management and connect with diverse cross-functional teams both locally and globally
- Conduct regular meetings with US-based teams 1-2 days a week, demonstrating a willingness to work flexible hours to ensure alignment, effective communication, and team collaboration across time zones
- Manage and execute assigned projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines and priority changes
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulations
In this role, you’ll need …
Must have:
- BS or MS in data analytics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, science, engineering or related technical field
- BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant industrial experience in data analytics. An appropriate combination of education, skills, and experience can be substituted for total years
- Proficiency in SQL writing & optimization
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R
- Proven ability to tailor statistical methods to given application fields
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with project management and version control tools such as Git
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with international teams and present findings
- Ability to explain complicated quantitative concepts to non-technical audiences and interact cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical people
Desired:
- Dental, medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
