This role requires project management skills and is a part of broader Operations Transformation group and will have additional opportunities to have experience and lead some of the initiatives.
In Citi, you will be responsible to ensure that approximately 2500 Trade Operations personnel across the globe are ready for business after system-wide changes are implemented.
The role requires providing visibility to senior management on the changes and corresponding commercialization and realization of agreed KPIs.
For the first year, this role will be aligned to Singapore time zone and first half of US Time Zone.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Business, Technology, Ops, Agile ART contacts, and broader global stake holders to understand and deliver Operations Readiness on continuous basis.
- Lead Trade Operations Readiness team to deliver strategic initiatives by being instrumental in the planning process, collaborate with various Agile ARTs and cross functional trade teams.
- Play instrumental role in setting up OR processes.
- Explore improvement opportunities, analyze impact, and provide proactive initiatives.
- Interpretation, analysis, and communication of complex data from various sources and leverage the same to solve problems.
- Directly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Ad hoc Ops projects coordination.
- SME support to Ops for all Trade Products and systems.
- Commercialization tracking and reporting.
- Critical commercialization issues escalation and tracking.
- Ensure team review test cases for PVT.
- Escalation points for stakeholder enquiries.
- Attend Project governance meeting.
- Maintain the stakeholder management and communication plans.
Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations/Technology roles working within a Global team with comprehensive knowledge of TTS Trade Operations & Technology.
- Managed and lead projects.
- Proven record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of Stake holder management/co-ordination and/or Project Implementation/Commercialization experience with Agile methodology.
- Understanding of Trade processes and Systemic Process flows.
