Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal stakeholders globally.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Experience coaching and mentoring others.
Experience working with multiple markets within the European Union (EU).
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
