- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal stakeholders globally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience working with multiple markets within the European Union (EU).
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
