Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.

  • Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.

  • Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office.

  • Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.

Desired Characteristics

  • Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.

  • Comfortability on construction sites.

  • Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule.

  • Demonstrated customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Healthcare products.

  • Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD and Magic Plan

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
