Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles with excellent written and oral communication in English.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
Define architecture and technical requirements for foundational components in the Azure platform.
Work with customers and partner teams to identify and prioritize maintenance, change management, deployment, and operations centric scenarios.
Lead product planning for E2E scenarios related to the above areas.
Define KPIs and establish and execute plans for improving those KPIs.
Partner with software engineers on scenario design, product roadmap, and incremental delivery, to jointly deliver core capabilities that help drive improvements to Azure overall operational excellence.
Drive broad cross team technical issues and customer experiences.
Present to customers and use customer and partner feedback to continuously improve the product and the technology.
