CoreResponsibilities:

  • technicaldirectionoveracollaborativeteamofengineers,vendorsandthird-partyproviders(whereappropriate)to deliver and managetheHarris Williams ITinfrastructureenvironment, includingnetwork, server, storage, telephony, ActiveDirectory / Entra, M365, email, Azure and related MS digital workplace technologies.

  • Fosteringaclose-knit teamthat receives coaching, mentoring, and trainingfocused onsecurity, uptime,responsetime, andefficient delivery, with clear ownership and priority definitions, individual development plans, and a collaborative supportstructure.

  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, prioritization and progress in the planning anddeliveryoftacticaleffortsandstrategicprojects.Performenhancementworkandsupportrequestsaccordingtoestablishedservice levels, budgets, and compliance standards.

  • Fosteracultureofcontinuousimprovement,prioritization,innovation,andproactiveproblem-solvingwithinthetechnologyinfrastructure and security team.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT Infrastructure strategy and roadmap focused on eliminating technology and process debt, ensuring availability, incident readiness and continued functionality enhancements.

  • Redefine, implement and extend IT operational standards in line with ITIL best practices. Ensure that all relevant platforms and processes are supported with operational playbooks, checklists and schedules that are well managed and measurable.

  • DefinekeymetricsregardingITinfrastructurehealth,performanceandavailabilityandprepare/deliveraspartofbroaderKPIset reported on regular schedule.

  • Define and lead a comprehensive, multi-platform initiative focused on on premise to cloud migration of data center resourcesand the modernization and simplification of telephony and centralized secure file storage.

  • Ensure technology risk-related requirements and processes are executed timely and effectively. Support risk and security assessments as required by parent company and / or external assessors.

  • Monitor Harris Williams environment for security concerns/findings and raise concerns with the Security Team (and other partner teams) as needed.

  • Ensure team members have individual development plans, clear definitions of ownership and priority and training whereneeded.

  • Participate in annual Technology planning cycle, develop and manage the IT Infrastructure budget with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders. Manage prospective and incumbent vendor relationships and continually assess product roadmaps for ongoing fitness for purpose.

Base Salary: $150,000 - $190,000
