You will be joining a team of Executive Assistants, where your experience in business communication will help you to build effective relationships with our most senior leaders/partners, with a core focus on building strong, diverse, and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities would be to

  • Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for allocated Partners
  • Provide comprehensive diary management, making decisions on your own initiative to resolve conflicts and maximise Partner time
  • Proactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and assistance with visas
  • Facilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering is available
  • Collate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
  • Prepare and submit timesheets
  • Engage with Partner teams to understand business needs and priorities
  • Provide administrative support to strategic internal projects where required
  • Liaise with EA’s within the wider team and the entire EY network


Additional responsibilities may require you to

  • Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of meetings
  • Manage communications and monitor Partner email inboxes taking appropriate action, escalating, or delegating accordingly
  • Prepare and revise internal / client documents prior to circulation
  • Maintain client databases and updating contacts in our CRM system


Skills and attributes for success

  • A proven track record of supporting and working at senior executive level
  • A strong, confident communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
  • Ability to build relationships with and work as part of a team, ensuring seamless service to the firm and clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident in exercising own judgement and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence
  • Ability to balance multiple and competing demands and remain calm under pressure
  • A solution-orientated approach to situations and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
