You will be responsible for driving sales growth of Honeywell Fire Systems portfolio in NW Romania You will develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to grow existing accounts. You will identify and convert new customers within and outside of the currently served markets. You will influence business leaders, channel representatives, project and program managers to drive operational and financial efficiencies. You will coordinate the interaction between key customers and other Honeywell resources as needed. You will analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales .

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of time
• Driving license
• Fluent English and local language

• Previous working experience in a similar role (preferred in the safety and security technology business)
• Successful track record of building strategic partnership relations
• Good experience in managing channel conflicts and pricing issues
