How you’ll spend your day

• Lead the pipeline management process for the APAC region, including product identification, evaluation, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the product pipeline and ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, marketing, and commercial operations, to drive pipeline initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess competitive landscape.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform pipeline strategy and decision-making.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including global and regional leadership, to ensure effective communication and alignment on pipeline priorities.
• Prepare and present pipeline updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee the development and execution of launch plans for new products in the region.

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business, Science or Similar, MBA and advantage
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline management, product development, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the APAC region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product pipelines and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in portfolio, Marketing and business development and knowledge in pipeline development value chain
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
