Your way to impact

  • Responsible for scheduling processes, preparing inputs, and making sure BOTs running as expected

  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running (“run the business”) of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses, solutions and resolutions as required

  • Understand the business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution by performing end to end analysis.

  • Work with RPA developers and design leads to ensure requirements captured in BRD, BOT design and operation hand documents are thorough and complete.

Your day to day

The scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for scheduling processes, preparing inputs, and making sure BOTs running as expected

  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running (“run the business”) of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses, solutions and resolutions as required

  • Understand the business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution by performing end to end analysis.

  • Work with RPA developers and design leads to ensure requirements captured in BRD, BOT design and operation hand documents are thorough and complete.

  • Demonstratable experience to work through process ambiguity, communicate complex ideas as simple, easy to understand concepts; ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization

  • Maintain understanding of Paypal systems, tools, business processes and procedures to further develop process and system efficiencies.

What do you need to bring-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or Finance or related field

  • Experience in working as RPA Controller in BluePrism or UiPath or other RPA tools.

  • 4+ years of related experience in within the technology or preferably in financial services industry

  • Preferred experience in coding with at least one programming language within C#, Java, Excel VBA, or Python.

  • Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution while using business analysis skills as needed

  • Experience with agile development and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes

  • Team oriented individual and self-starter who excels at learning new processes and business functions

  • Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to clearly define projects and objectives.
