Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a user-centered design field (e.g., UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires interaction in English with the other stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a design related field.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features with a user-centered design process.
- Ability to communicate and influence product design strategy and partner with UX Researchers to amplify research and design impact.
- Excellent systems-level design thinking and problem-solving skills.
