Field Service Engineer You will report directly to our Field Service aliance Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor´s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience as a Field service engr
• English proficiency
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
