As a Product Manager leading this area, you’ll focus on addressing complex security challenges.

What you will do:

• Establish a shared vision across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.
• Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products people need and love.
• Handle complex and challenging projects introducing new technology and solutions to enable monday.com's product to handle millions of users and interactions at an ever-growing scale.
• Help us shape the way forward in how we handle production, release processes and the cloud environment supporting millions of users, from small Businesses managing all their company and work on top of monday.com and all the way to large enterprises.
• Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team always works on the most impactful topics and items.
• Motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you’ve ever worked with.

• At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products in the enterprise domain .
• Strong technical background in the areas of security and familiarity with the unique challenges in this domain.
• Self-driven individual comfortable with motivating, leading, and making decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thoroughly explain the rationalize product decisions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative data in order to drive product decisions.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience leading SaaS B2B products is a plus.
• Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience is a plus.
