Job Description:
How you’ll make an impact
As a business support analyst you’ll be based in London and will work closely with our teams around the world on projects and initiatives that will support our sales teams in delivering to our clients. Your day-to-day will also include:
Own and manage routines to ensure data quality across our sales CRM and pipeline systems
Interrogate data to provide actionable insights to drive sales and business success
Develop and monitor key performance indicator metrics
Prepare regional updates to senior management covering line of business/functional updates and material communications
Support, deliver and co-ordinate ad-hoc projects to help improve regional operating performance
Work alongside peers in the business support function internationally to hel
What you’ll bring to the team
An undergraduate degree in business, ideally with a focus in finance or economics (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships with internal stakeholders and co-workers.
Strong numerical literacy and analytical skills; highly confident user of Excel to analyse and manipulate data.
