About the Role

- - - - What You Will Do ----

1. Uncovering new Vendors to support the business
2. Maintain Vendor CRM database and pricing.
3. Responsible for vendor reporting requirements.
4. Work with internal teams quoting and accounting teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
5. Collect, interpret, and analyze vendor performance data, market trends, and financial information.
6. Work with internal teams to track and maintain renewal information.
7. Work with Operations to ensure contract compliance.
8. Partner with internal Sales, Ops and Technical teams on a variety of things like, quotes, playbooks, blog content and more.
9. Plan and coordinate events such as training sessions, workshops, Vendor QBRs, etc.
10. Work with Sales and Marketing teams to provide internal and external content for sales campaigns, webinars, and informational sessions, etc.
11. Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities

- - - - What You Will Need ----

1. BA/BS preferably in human resources management or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager/Talent Acquisition Program Manager in fast paced environment
3. Strong Program/project management experience required
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
5. Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.

1. Shows adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment, ability to learn new techniques, and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
2. Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.
3. Understanding of Localization, Data Annotation and Tech.
4. Understanding of business principles, human behavior and motivation.
